How do I get a Free Conference Recording account?
Simply click on the "Get Free Service" button on the home page to sign up for a Conni® account and you will be given a dedicated phone number, an access code, a subscriber PIN, and complete instructions on how to utilize our services.

How long will my conference recording be available?
You will have access to your recording until you replace it with another recording. You cannot store multiple recordings in your account, but you can download your recording and store it digitally from your Online Management Tool. Click "Login" on the top right corner to access your Online Management Tool.

What formats are available to access my recording playback?
Your recording will be available for callers through a dedicated playback number and access code until the recording is replaced with a new recording. If you would like to playback or archive your recording, it is available as a WAV file, an RSS feed, and in podcast formats through your Online Management Tool. Please note that you will need to login to your account to access the file.

How long will my conference recording account be valid?
Your Conni® account is valid until you no longer have a need for the service or if notified of any changes.

What's the catch?
There is no catch! There are no advertisements to listen to, no quality issues, no hidden fees, no sales pitches, no contracts, no purchases required, no privacy problems, no limitations or restrictions, and no surprises.

What are the costs involved in a Conni account?
Only normal long distance charges by each caller's carrier apply. There will be no bill or charges from Conni.com for this service.

Is there a limit on how many calls I can make?
No, you may make an unlimited number of calls and have an unlimited number of access codes if you feel it necessary.

How many callers can be in a single conference?
The maximum is 30 callers and there is no required minimum number of callers.

Is there a limit on the length of a Conni account?
1 hours per conference, including recording, and there is no limit on how many hours you wish to conference each month.

Is this a "Free Trial" or limited time offer?
No, we intend on offering this service on a continual basis.

Are you going to sell my email information?
No. We will send you an occasional email with information about the web site, the services being offered and changes that are made to the network. (Read our Privacy Policy)

Can I use a calling card to call the conference bridge?
Yes. You may also use 10-10-### services to connect at favorable rates.

Can international callers participate?
Anyone who can dial a US telephone number should be able to dial a Conni number.

Is this a VoIP service or an Internet service using my computer?
No, this is a Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN) conferencing service that utilizes your regular telephone.

How many conference recordings can be stored for one access code?
Currently, the system stores only the most recent recorded conference. If you start a new recording, you effectively delete the previously recorded conference.

How long is a recorded conference kept on the server?
The recorded conference is saved on the server until a new recording request is received for the same access code.
