How does our WEB conference system work?

ConniKate uses callback technology to give you low-cost telephone calls.

• Through the WEB, you tell us what telephone number you are calling from.
• You tell us what telephone number you want to call.
• We dial both (you first) and connect the two, three or more!

Unlike VoIP, we use standard (PSTN) telephone lines to route your call. This gives you a better quality call. It also means you use your telephone to talk, not a headset or a microphone.

You can make calls from any phone, including your mobile, anywhere in the world. You do not need to be at your PC to make a call.

The service is prepaid. You credit your account, which is then debited when you make a call. You do not receive a bill from us. Your provider will NOT charge you for using our service.

Remember, we call you so it is in an inbound call to you, like receiving a call from a friend.
